Hi! I’m Sara Weil. I’m obsessed with enabling all people to reach their highest potential. Even in my first corporate job in dairy procurement at Nestle, I volunteered to create a women’s mentoring program.

I have 14 years of experience leading talent development efforts at companies including Meta, Moody’s Corporation, and BNP Paribas. I’ve designed everything from mentorship and sponsorship programs, to Managing Director promotion processes, to talent reviews, to manager learning solutions, and DEI strategies.

I’m particularly passionate about working with new grads and early career professionals. In 2022, I won The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business Diversity Award for my work in candidate assessment and bias mitigation for the Honors Cohort Program. And you can probably guess I’m a big Ohio State football fan. Go Bucks!
